• Name (for case tracking purposes)

• Email Address (to send you the requested information)

• Residing Province (to send additional information, if applicable)

• Year of DTC Qualification (to determine eligibility and/or benefits/entitlements)

• Age of the person living with the disability (to determine eligibility and/or benefits/entitlements)

• Legal relationship (for communication purposes)

• Family Net Income (range only - to determine eligibility and/or benefits/entitlements)

 

 

 

How does RDSP Canada use your information?

 

RDSP Canada uses the information we collect from you to do the following:

 

A. Determine your eligibility to open an RDSP account.

B. Calculating the RDSP benefits that you may be entitled to receive.

C. If you have NOT yet qualified for the Disability Tax Credit Certificate, RDSP Canada will refer you an online service that will assist you, free of charge, in apply for the Disability Tax Credit.

 

 

 

How is your information protected?

 

The website rdspcanada.ca is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit as safe as possible.

 

Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. RDSP Canada do not use cookies for tracking purposes.

Data Breaches.

 

Should a data breach occur, we will notify you via email within 7 business days, understanding that RDSP Canada does not collect or store any of your sensitive personal information.

 

 

 

CASL Compliance

 

CASL Compliance  sets the rules for communication through email, establishes requirements for email messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and indicates the penalties for violations.

 

RDSP Canada collects your email address in order to:

• Send requested information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions.
